King Fahd Hospital -Medina Munawrah-Orthopedic Surgery Department

             15 years old boy with history of trauma since one year followed by mild pain lt. elbow with mild limitation in flexion.

Came to our OPD last week copmlaining of limited flexion ( after 100 degrees ) and completely absent pronation or supination ... the forearm is in mid- prone position..

X-ray showed : ? exostosis upper end ulna dislocating the head of the radius...

This is a difficult question :

What to do ? and How ?
