Infected Non union Fracture Femur

Initial injury

A male Patient admitted to our dept. since 8 months after RTA with bilateral trochanteric fr. plus shaft femoral fracture lt. side

X-ray :

Immediate Post OP.

Bilateral DHS done for both femora at the same day of admission.

One Month Later

Lt. femur developed infection..

Debridment done

After 6 Months

During Follow up in OPD .. Loosening of the implant is seen......

Rt. femur was doing well

After 8 Months

Serous discharge form a sinus was noted 3 weeks back..

Patient underwent OR for removal of the DHS , Debridment & external fixator applied

Now .. What to do Next ??
