A completely dislocated knee in

a Polytrauma Patient

25 y. old male  RTA since 5 days  weighted  150 Kg with the following injuries :

Fracture pelvis : symphesis pubis dislocation + sacroiliac subluxation.

Fr humerus.

Dislocation of the rt . knee with complete tear of PCL , ACL , Post. lat. comp.  Distal pulse is not palpable but detected by Doppler.

Many trials of closed reduction failed due to severe instability.

Of course the knee will be the first item to be attacked ....but....

How to manage ? and what is sequence of repair ?
