PFFD ( Unique & Rare case )

12 years old child came to OPD ( King Fahd Hospital - Medina - Saudi Arabia )

c/o : Waddling gait and foot deformities.

O/E : Complete absence of the knee joint , good range of movement both hips , rt. foot pes planus , lt. foot equinocavus.

    Otherwise the child is quite normal : school activities and even some sports.

X-ray showed complete absence of both femora and acetabulum , the tibia is articulating with the pelvis and the fibula is redundant at the upper half . Both feet showed these deformities.
