Pan Talar Dislocation

in a closed Injury

25 years old male sustained falling from height ( about 3 m.) which resulted in left  ankle complete talus dislocation and right calcaneus fracture.

Astonishingly enough  the dislocation is a closed injury.

1- What to do ?

2- What is the probable prognosis?

Look What we did .

On bases of Top emergency cases ,  patient was referred to OR where a trial of closed reduction was applied.

We were lucky enough to get its reduction closely.

Below Knee Slab was applied .

X-Ray was satisfactory , post op was eventless and the patient was informed about the late guarded prognosis.
